Ryan Glynn here, incoming president for Beta Alpha Psi. I am an accounting major, specializing in healthcare management. This spring I will be applying to the IMAcc program and I hope to begin my career at one of the Big Four firms. I will be shadowing Josh this semester to learn the presidential duties and I'm very excited for the opportunity to serve Beta as their future president.
In my free time, (while avoiding the dangers of negligent drivers) I train for triathlon and endurance running. Feel free to introduce yourself - I'm not as mean as I look.

My current position is responsible for reporting membership and activity information of our chapter to the national Beta office. I am originally from Clarksville, TN but moved around throughout my childhood. I will be interning in the assurance practice at PwC in New York City next summer. Brian De Vere
My name is Brian De Vere and I am a fifth year in the accounting program. This is my second semester being in Beta Alpha Psi and my second time being on the board. I am excited to be the Director of Correspondence this semester and will be informing you of all of Beta’s exciting events. If you ever have any questions, don’t be afraid of stopping me for a chat.
Director of Member Relations:
Coming from Beijing, China and having spent two years in the USA, I am exposed to different cultures and therefore value diversity as an important factor in my life. As the Director of Member Relations, I will serve as a liaison between members and the executive board to ensure that all voices are heard and valued. I would also like to facilitate a more involving community by encouraging everyone to step out of their comfort zone while remaining who they are. Outside of school I love playing sports and talking with friends. Soccer is my favorite game to watch and a fun fact is that I learned German because of the German soccer team.
Hello, my name is Taylor Zimprich and this is my second year with Beta Alpha Psi. I am a junior in the IMAcc program and will be an audit intern with KPMG Milwaukee next summer. Outside of this organization I love to do anything active—particularly distance running and joining pick-up basketball games whenever I can. I am also a huge NFL fanatic and my ultimate goal is to work for an NFL team someday (but obviously I would not even consider the Bears…). I can’t wait to get to know you all this semester!
Hello everyone! My name is Matt Stang and I am extremely excited to be one of the two pledge co-chairs this fall. I'm originally from Eagan, Minnesota, just south of the Twin Cities. I'm very into intramurals sports here at UW, I'm usually on 5-6 teams each semester. I'm interning in the audit practice in the Spring at KPMG Minneapolis, and I'm looking forward to meeting all the new pledges!
Community Service Chair:
I am a junior planning to do the IMAcc program. This is my second semester in Beta, and I'm excited to do some meaningful community service with everyone! Outside of Beta I am involved with Associated Students of Madison, I enjoy running (I recently ran a marathon), and anything outdoors. I also enjoy art and design. Other than that my hobbies change weekly, from carving wooden spoons to making my own tea. I am from a small city called Antigo in Northern Wisconsin, so I am very excited to travel and study abroad in Vienna, Austria, so I can submerge myself in other cultures I wasn't exposed to growing up.
My name is Brittany Goldsworthy and this is my third semester with Beta Alpha Psi. I am a senior in the IMAcc program and will be an audit intern with KPMG Minneapolis this upcoming winter. Before this semester, I served as one of the Auction Committee Leads for the 11th Biennial Beta Alpha Psi Auction held last spring. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, going to concerts, and cheering on our Wisconsin Badgers! I look forward to a great semester with Beta and seeing everyone at the social events!
Hi everyone! I am Cindy Xu and will be responsible for the faculty presentations this fall. I would like to make the accounting faculty more accessible to our members as part of the Beta experience. I am a senior in the IMAcc program and I will be an international tax intern at PwC New York office this coming spring. Outside of accounting, I am very enthusiastic about musical theatre, movies, soccer, traveling and cooking. Also I am trained for classical piano for over 15 years and one important item on my bucket list is to play a piano concerto with a world-class orchestra.

Web Design Co-Chair:
This is my fourth semester as a member of Beta Alpha Psi, and my first semester on the Executive Board. In my current position as Web Design Co-Chair, I created and built this very website (I would love feedback on the website; email me at email@example.com). This past summer, I worked at PwC in Milwaukee as an assurance intern, and I have accepted their full-time offer to start in fall 2015. Outside of accounting, I am also a double major in Political Science, and I enjoy distance running, cooking, and traveling. In August, I participated in my fourth half marathon, and one of my bucket list goals is to complete a marathon in another country.
